The location was great and lovely, in the Condesa area, its a plus. I usually went to We Love Burgers to grab a bite.
The hotel staff was kind of rude.

the place had a quiet atmosphere. greatly enjoyed our king room with double glazed windows, comfortable beds, view to an internal patio. a fridge and a microwave oven were a nice touch. central location near to bars, and cafes and restaurants, it was in a really safe area.
The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Condesa Michoacan 113. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the rainhead shower with plenty of hot water. The communal kitchen was a nice bonus for preparing our own breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noises from the hallway and lobby. Additionally, the doorbell could be heard at all hours, which may be disruptive for light sleepers.
